Your questions about Auticly, answered
Find clear answers about messaging channels, AI agents, knowledge, CRM, API keys, pricing and privacy before you start with Auticly.
Getting started & pricing
Who is Auticly for?
Businesses that receive enquiries and sales requests through messages and want to organize conversations, prepare an AI agent and follow up on customers and opportunities as a team. Test your own business scenarios before relying on it in live conversations.
Is Auticly really free to use?
Platform access is free, with an Auticly fee per sale. The rate, definition of a sale and settlement terms are agreed with you in advance. Model and messaging providers may charge separately for their services.
How do I get started?
Create an account, complete verification and set up your workspace. Then prepare your channels, business knowledge, model connection and agent. Test responses and team handoff before publishing the agent to a live channel.
Is there a monthly platform subscription?
The current offer is free platform access with sales-based fees, rather than advertised monthly plans. Contact us to discuss the details that apply to your business.
Channels & your team
Which channels can I bring together?
WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and email, with TikTok in beta. Each connection depends on the method available in your account, your provider permissions, account eligibility and channel policies.
Can my team reply instead of the agent?
Yes. Your team can follow conversations and take over when needed. Configure handoff rules and ownership, and test the transition so the agent and a team member do not compete to reply.
Does every team member see the same data?
Access follows workspace membership, roles and granted permissions. Review each role before inviting your team and give each person the access they need for their work.
Is CRM separate from conversations?
Customers, opportunities and follow-up stages are part of Auticly. Set an owner, decide the next step and track progress. Connecting channels alone does not automatically merge every customer identity without reliable matching data.
Agents, knowledge & models
Where does my agent learn about the business?
From the instructions and knowledge sources you prepare and connect, and the tools you allow it to use. Review products, prices and policies regularly, and instruct the agent to hand off when information is missing.
Am I limited to one model?
You can configure a supported model provider and choose a model for your agent. Availability, usage limits and costs depend on your provider account and settings. Retest a published agent before changing its model.
What should I test before publishing?
Try common questions, missing information, price objections, requests for a human and actions outside the agent’s permissions. Review answer sources, actions and handoff decisions, not just the wording of replies.
Can Auticly actually close sales?
Yes. Auticly is a sales agent that guides conversations from understanding customer needs and answering questions to handling objections and closing sales. We developed its sales approach through three months of hands-on work, testing and continual refinement, reaching a level of performance that generates real sales.
Data & communication
Should I send API keys through the contact form?
No. Add credentials in the API keys screen inside your account. Never include passwords, secrets or sensitive customer data in the public contact form or support messages.
How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from updates?
Enter your email and consent to subscribe. You will receive a link to confirm ownership before the subscription becomes active. Use the subscription management link in the email to unsubscribe. This is optional and separate from creating an account.
How do I contact you about my data?
Choose the data and privacy topic on our contact page or reveal our email address below to email us. Describe the request without sending sensitive information; we may need to verify your identity before acting on an account-related request.
Are the example numbers and images actual results?
Interface examples and figures marked as illustrative show how the product is used; they are not guaranteed outcomes or actual platform statistics. Testimonials marked as drafts and their representative portraits remain proposals pending approval by the people named.
